INQUIRY FOR GATE /BALL VALVE

The valves ( gate or ball valves) are to be used in coal fly ash slurry discharge pipe system in the coal power plant . Since the existing valves in the pipe system is easily worn parts, we are looking for a substitute valve being of long working life.

[1] The working conditions as flws:

1) working medium : coal fly ash with water

2) Working medium Temp. Min. 20 ° Max. 40 °

3) Pressure in pipe system: 0.24MPa

4) Pump in the pipe system: Inlet pressure 1 bar , Outlet pressure 6 bar

[2] Valves

We need two kinds of valves to be imported from the first class quality

2-1 Anti-scaling ( preventing scale formation ) valve, manual control-type

1) Type: gate valve

2) size: DN200, DN300, DN400

3) Material : Cast steel

4) manual control

5) Requirement: the valve's design make sure that ash dust can not be stuck on the valve body and valve plate.

2-2 Wearproof valve,

1) Type Gate valve or ball valve

2) Size: DN150,200,300

3) Cast steel

4) manual control

5) Requirement: the valve's design make sure that under granular working medium, the valve

will not be worn out within at least two years.
