Are you simply establishing a new plant

crush coal and only crush coal with no

secondary screening, crushing, coal

cleaning or washing?

Having three crushers for 4,000 tons per

hour totals and a -20 millimeter size is no

problem but you need to be aware of what

is available.

Assuming you are using haul trucks; and dozers

with ripper shanks.

assuming you want a redundant system;

Three dumping stations utilizing roll sizers

would suffice for the product stream.

The Black Thunder Coal Strip Mine is using two

dumping stations with roll sizers from its 10

coal pits feeding one belt to break "run of mine"

coal to minus 2 inch size for the end user and

then conveying the crushed coal to the train

loading area.

You have to provide more complete information to

anyone who may be interested in your offering.

Do you want three separate takeaway conveyors

for the three separate crushers used break and size

three separate coal seams?

Or a single conveyor of 84-96 inches for three

parallel dumping stations feeding a common hopper

above a below ground gallery with a conveyor belt

tail pulley at its base?

How much trash is in the coal stream if any

meaning rock, soils, etc.
