Moisture Content and Heating Loss

Maybe you know,the test standards of part of powder products such as corn starch,maltodextrin,dextrose monohydrate,white carbon black,etc.,moisture content is important,on the other hand, there is always another standard which is heating loss in the test standards of the above products, what's the difference between them?
