How Good is a Ribbon Blender for My Product?

Is a ribbon blender the best mixer for my product?

Hi, I am setting up my own business which packages my own recipes of low fat dessert mixes. The plan is to put all my dry ingredients in to the ribbon blender to end up with a homogenous mixture but then after that each plastic pouch will be filled, sealed and boxed by hand. The operation otherwise is totally manual.

So I have come across both ribbon and paddle blenders as well as something called a U and V blender and i am so confused as to which will do the best job. All my ingredients are dry and in powder form except for the sugar which is in granulated crystal form. I am looking at very small volumes - I need to be able to mix batches as small as 25kg and up to about 75kg at a time.

Any suggestions as to which is the best mixer and whether anyone knows of any second hand suppliers as I am on an extremely tight budget. Furthermore I am located in the UAE and so have to factor in shipping costs. Thanks.
