Is it a disposable bag where you cut the bottom??

I have a mistake is 900 Kg and it is a disposal bag you are right we cut the bottom

It all depends on the total process cycle and what you can and cannot do. Things like this must not be looked at in isolation but as part of a total process.

One thing that comes to mind is that the product is already wet, so would more water upset it or could water from the process itself be used to flush the product?

The bag can be cut sufficiently for the material to drop out, but the receiving hopper must then generate reliable flow and have a feeder that does not clog. 'Lynflow' ribbon feeders have a fllight construction designed to resist the build-up of sticky bulk materials, wall friction tests will establish the slope of hopper wall needed to mobilise slip and shear tests verify the width of outlet required for reliable flow. The screw speed is then determined from the rate of feed required to the discharge point.
