The Gladstone Port Authority has several brute force vibratory feeders in our train unloading stations. We are currently re-designing the feeder control gates to allow increased throughput. I am looking for any information on feeder control gate design, or hopper opening design for vibratory feeders. We handle numerous coal types with varying flow properties.
