Flexible Alternatives

Before you can take this one on you need to know for starters:

tonnage;

speed;

particle spectra;

material characteristics;

type of belt, your photos contradict;

available alternatives: your proposal is unrealistic at face value.

One picture shows a cleated sidewall belt, as per the text, but the other picture shows a cleated belt with fixed skirts.

You won't get 2 designs for the price of one: let alone for free. Read the Flexowell manual.

Hello,

In case of ‘cleated belt with wavy - side walls’, the cleat height is less than side walls height (by around 10 - 15 mm). Therefore, for the return run, the rollers support the belt at continuous side walls, and cleats do not touch / hit with the return rollers. Accordingly, return run belt moves smoothly on rollers without any jerks.

Dear Sir,

Many years ago, we had straight rollers below the sidewalls on the return side. Sidewalls were getting damaged.

Afterwards, we started using only stub rollers. Now sidewalls are giving better life.
