Our products are being marketed and it is well received by the customers in the Market. Some of our customers wanted to put Bulk handling system for Corn Starch powder. We came to know you are supplying the Bulk handling system for powder products. Hence we send this Request to you for getting an offer to build this Starch powder handling and storage system at Saudi Arabia. The details of our client is as follow as
One carton manufacturing unit located in Riyadh consuming about 70 tons of Corn Starch powder per week is wanted to build this facility with 70 tons storage silo for corn starch powder.
This starch is being used in their process to make starch paste with particular viscosity and after making paste, this paste is used for corrugation purpose.
The paste manufacturing facility is called Kitchen takes corn starch in batch wise and the cooking unit is attached with a Viscosity meter. This viscosity meter is controlling the flow of starch to the cooker. The batch size of the starch powder is about 100 kgs to 500 kgs.
Arasco is likely to supply Corn starch powder in Bulk Road tankers of about 20 tons capacity and this truck will be attached with compressor to unload the Starch from the tanker.
Now your job starts
From the tanker outlet this starch powder is to be conveyed to the Starch Silo Pneumatically and from the silo starch powder is to be supplied to the Kitchen to cook the starch paste with particular viscosity.
Viscosity controller is available with the party and this viscosity meter is to be hooked up with your feed control system.
Silo may be fabricated here, for this Fabrication drawing may be given to us.
