Thermo electron dsp3 setup

Anyone out here who has worked with this unit. We purchased a used one and I'm not getting alarm contacts to respond. I'm sure I'm not programing set up correctly?? ■

Went to your suggested link, but found no help. I have looked for support on this machine on the web, but no luck yet. Also have called tech support, but they are slow in returning my calls. I'm sure I have not found the right program setup, but the machine seems pretty easy to understand. So...
