This is a specialised field and your new Company ought to have a reasonable library where you can read the topic and explore their references for further reading. If there is no library don't worry because the whole firm is then as much in the dark as you are. Not so rare in heavy engineering circles as you might think. It might be possible to find a trade magazine containing articles concerned with rice matters and again there might be some references there. Why not try Googling for yourself?
