At this year’s INTERPACK 08 Show in Halle 5 on Stand No. 5C24 Flexicon (Europe) Ltd. will be putting on show a broad range of exhibits to include the following:
•The revolutionary SWING-DOWNTM Bulk Bag Filler featuring a pivot-down fill head that enables the operator to connect empty bags at floor level and resume filling operations rapidly, eliminating the need to climb steps, strain to reach overhead connection points or risk injury associated with the operation of conventional bulk bag fillers.
•A Model BFF BULK BAG DISCHARGER with a bulk bag/hopper interface consisting of a manual Spout-Lock™ clamp ring positioned above a pneumatically actuated Tele-Tube™ telescoping tube. Together, the devices enable an operator to make a quick, dust-tight connection between the bag spout and hopper and to elongate the bag automatically as it empties to promote flow and evacuation.
•Their flexible MULTIPOINT HOPPER LOADER SYSTEM for low cost delivery of materials is designed for metering bulk materials to multiple processing, moulding or packaging machinery, often over long distances when field-installed.
•And new to the stand a VRC – VACUUM RECEIVER – Designed to separate material from the conveying air stream in a pneumatic conveyor by means of a single large diameter cartridge filter. This modular, clamp-together design unit incorporates a reverse jet system for automatic and continuous filter cleaning and includes a conical receiving hopper below.
