Moisture measurement in grain using a Hydronix sensor

Video Description:

The Hydro-Mix sensor shown in this video is a flush mounted digital microwave moisture sensor designed for measuring in grain, rice, nuts and pulses. In this example it is installed in a ducting system (bypass / diverters may also be used) to provide a consistent flow rate, material depth and density for the most accurate results.

Hydronix offers a range of digital microwave sensors for use in the processing of bulk solids or liquid materials. Our sensors can be used across many applications that process organic materials. Typical examples include: Coffee Beans, Oils, Biological Waste, Seeds, Rice, Nuts, Animal Feed, Wood Pellets and many others.
