Dear Sir.

We have a project for 100.000 ton silo in a sea port in south america, our idea is to load train cars from silo in an special instalation. The system shall be faster than we are using today, we have a 100 ton capacity chute and we load one by one the cars then we proceed to take the full weight in a weighting instalation 30 mts forward.

The system we are looking for shall be able to take batches of 45 tons and then load in a minimum time .

Dear Malonso,You ned a system which is called-Rapid Loading System.In this system you can load the material up to 10,000 tph in moving wagons under the silo .Now, the capacity you have mentioned of your silo as 1,00,000 tonnes seems to be very high.Please provide us the Genearal Arrangement of the existing system showing the followings-

1. Location of silo with respect to the feeding system.

2. Ht of the silo showing feeding system.

3. Location of the silo outlet point with respect to the top of rail.

4. Capcity of the feeding system.

5. Capacity and type of reclaiming system.

6. Material with its bulk density

We shall design a proper layout of the entire system and provide you the costing,tech.specifications and also suggest world's best suppliers in this line.

Dear Sir,

We have numerous installation in India where train car will keep on running under Silo and Our Automatic System called Rapid Loading System installed below Silo will Pre Weigh the material and load uniformly onto moving Rail Cars @ up to 5500 TPH. A print out of Weight loaded shall be given for each Rail Car for billing purpose @ 0.1% weiging accuracy.
