Hardy Instruments designed custom-made mounting hardware for their ADVANTAGE® series load cells, which are used on all the Apotex discharge stations in Etobicoke. They also provided Allen-Bradley compatible weigh scale modules that plug directly into PLCs, controlling each station‚s weight parameters, eliminating the need for remote networked instrumentation. Apotex engineers found Hardy's C2® electronic calibration without test weights to be of great value during their validation process. Hardy's INTEGRATED TECHNICIAN® also helps them diagnose and troubleshoot individual components of their weighing systems electronically from the PLC system without breaking the integrity of the validated system.
