I am associated with the field of automation. I needed to know what indicators and entities are usually cement plant managers and production managers are interested in. What I mean to say is that what kind of reports do they generally want in order to increase and improve their production.

For example generally speaking they'll like to know statistics on things like.

Mill Feed

Limestone consumption

Iron Ore consumption..

Ofcourse these are just basic entities. Can some one tell me in detail as in what KPIs and other indicators do the Decision making unit of a cement plant focus on. I'd be grateful .
