Ionisation of cement powder

I want to ionise cement powder by bringing the powder into an (electrostatic) field with strong electric field strength.

Has anyone experience with cement powder ionisation?

Interesting would be to know how fast the powder can be ionised and how long (depending on air humidity, ...) this ionisation can be measured. What is the range of the necessary electric field strength? How does ionisation influence the structure of cement powder microscopically and/or macroscopically?

Are there better ways to ionise dry cement powder than bringing it into an electrostatic field?

thanks
