If this is the plant next door to One Tube I can only say that back in 2007 the intention was to handle all that stuff with screw conveyors because it was, well, pretty lethal. It looks like it should be back in screws.
Why can't you just put a tight lid over the bin to chute interface? ■
Feed to Ballmill- Dusting
Does the concept of slurrying up a granular product (where it comes from a product bin) and pumping it to a 2 stage ballmill exist?
The reason I ask is that we feed roasted zinc oxide fume from product bin to a ballmill via a conveyor belt which drops into a chute fed with water aimed at controlling an SG and have a dusting problem where the fume transfers to the chute
