Screen before HPGR

Hello,

we would like to extract tramp from iron ore concecntrate before introducing HPGR. some characteristics are as below:

1- flow rate of concentrate: max. 800 t/h

2- moisture content on concentrate: 8-12%

3- particle size: 100%<1mm

4- tramp content: below 100 Kg/hr

5- tramp size: more than 15mm

we would be pleased if who have experience in this field send us their offer for an equipment suitable for above application.

Tramp Removal Hpgm

Hi Mohandes,

yes we have a solution.

It is a quite new one, well approved in Recycling industry and very much suitable for your application.

I guess the particle size behind the HPGM is < 1mm.

Screen will not help you with removal of the tramp metal - it is normally done using metal detectors over conveyor belts or you can do it over belt feeder that feeds HPGR.
