Dear Erethin,

The best screener for fine screening is screen with direct mesch excitation. It may be placed on top of anything, including silo, as it has a static housing, only mesh is vibrating. My company, Ofama VIBRA is producing such screens called a VPI type.

The one in the picture is placed on top of an old concrete silo - no negative influence of vibration noticed.

If your sand is totally dry, we would be able to screen it for 1mm cut point, using our smallest rectangular unit, which is ULS1.5X0.6 with a 1.1Kw motor and 0.7 square meter of net sieving area.

We are manufacturing multi-frequency vibrating screens.
