I'm with Lyle. There is something you're not telling us.
If you build your walls you will lose capacity. If you introduce belt conveying structure space you will lose capacity.
If the problem is FEL turning circles then go down to Bobcats. ■

building concrete walls can be executed if the solution required.
we definitely don't want to loose capacity ( 6,500 t )
FEL is working now but we would like to avoid it by using smart solution for convey the flat bottom of the pile to the center.
any suggestions?

Is it possible that you need to control the dispersion of your stockpile. If so then it can be sprayed with Dust Stop which is a film type 100% Environmentally friendly solution to keep your pile in place yet it is still very easy to access it whenever required.

I agree with john and lyle;
the only way you will gain anything is to use a WR Stamler reclaimer with a small tracked excavator with(80-90 ton class) and dipper bucket with your situation ■
