Roller Mill Problem

Roller Millor press crushes ore with pressure and crystalline limestone fractures making smaller crystals with almost same geometry. Solution may be to round of the crystals in a seconday unit -a tumbler mill. ■

Roller Mill Problem
We grind calcium carbonat from 40 to 8 mesh (0.4mm ~ 2.38mm) for feeding mill used by two roll mills.
My problem is the surface of output product is sharp.
Please help me to solve the problem how to improve the roller mill. ■
