We are looking for various components for a new conveyor system, to be installed in the Middle East. The system is rated for 1,800 MTPH, V=2.5m/s, to handle iron ore fines and pellets of SG 2.1 to 3.2. Conveyor length is about 18m, with about 4.5m lift. The catch is that the items must be delivered to the Middle East (Qatar. UAE area) within 6-7 weeks, i.e. before 31 October. As such off-the-shelf components are required.

BELT CLEANERS: 2x (Primary/ secondary) for 1000mm belt, blade material for use with iron ore fines and pellets, Twist-type tensioners, rated for marine use (salt water)
BELT PLOW: 1x, V-type rubber-edged plow for 1000mm wide belt
DRIVE TERMINAL: 630mm dia. x 1150mm with 13mm thick diamond groove rubber lagging, 1570mm bearing centers, crowned face, squeeze-lock hubs with keyed shaft, 1045 steel shaft or equivalent, SKF 22232 CCK/W33 or equivalent bearings with pillow block housings.
DRIVE SNUB TERMINAL: 500mm dia. x 1150mm with 13mm thick plain rubber lagging, 1520mm bearing centers, crowned face, squeeze-lock hubs with keyed shaft, 1045 steel shaft or equivalent, SKF 22218 CCK/W33 or equivalent bearings with pillow block housings.
