About Qiang Zhang

Biography:
Qiang Zhang is a Professor in the Biosystems Engineering, University of Manitoba. He obtained his Ph.D.and M.S. degrees in agricultural engineering from Pennsylvania State University, and B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Hefei Polytechnic University, China. He is a member of ASAE (American Society of Agricultural Engineers)and CSAE (Canadian Society for Agricultural Engineering).

Know-how and experience:
Dr. Qiang Zhang's resaerch interests include loads in bulk solids sotrage structures; constutitive behavior of bulk solids; flow of cohessive powders in storage bins.
