Biography:
Suphi Ural was obtained a degree of B. Sc in Mining Engineering from Eskisehir Engineering Academy, Turkey. He obtained a degree of PhD from Çukurova University, Adana.
Know-how and experience:
From 1980 to 1995 he worked as Mine Planning Engineer in Kışlaköy Opencast Mine, Elbistan for Turkish Coal Enterprises (TKI). He is currently an Assistant Prof. at the Mining Engineering Department, Çukurova University. He is specialised on opencast mine planning, diggability assessment with Bucket Wheel Excavators and coal quality control.
