I believe my strong background in business stands me in good stead as a sales and business development professional. I understand the vital importance of honesty, outstanding customer service and relationship building as this is the key to developing business and has been the essence of my work ethic and philosophy for over 20 years.
My experience in the many facets of business that I have been involved in has given me a depth of understanding in a varying range of industries that is an asset to the company I work for.
The sales and repair work I have done over the 10 year period of owning and operating an equipment repair centre, along with my passion for tools and equipment, has given me a sound mechanical background which allows me to quickly adapt to and learn new products and equipment and their applications and I pride myself on being a hands on sales person.
My time at Atlas Copco and ESSA-FLSmidth, both OEM companies in the mining industry, has expanded my skills in regard to people management and team focus. It also has served to strengthen my knowledge and expertise in the sale of engineered solutions of large capital construction and mining equipment and business practices in the mining, construction and specialist manufacturing markets.
With my skills in general management, sales management, technical sales, business development and customer relationship management, at a local, national and international level, coupled with my hands on, lead by example attitude, I believe I have the knowledge, drive and desire to ensure premium customer service is delivered at all times
