Biography:
I was born in Eugene, Oregon January 11, 1954. For most of my childhood and early adulthood (through 1989), I lived in the state of South Dakota. Since 1989, I have resided in Michigan, Illinois and North Carolina.
My Mining Engineering degree was earned at the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology. I am a licensed professional engineer and have memberships in SME and NSPE.
Know-how and experience:
After working in the aggregates industry with increasing levels of responsibility, I was promoted to my present professional position: Manager of Engineering Design - Corporate Engineering for the second largest aggregate producer in the U.S.A. Earlier in my career, I was Project Manager with a design-build "turnkey" company in the cement terminal contruction business.
