Dear Sirs,

Our company is engaged in processing the grain shells (wheat, oats, etc) for manufacturing the food stuffs mixtures.

Our initial product corresponds to the following technical data:

Specific gravity of the product – 250 kg / m3

General gravity – 590 kg/m2

The particles size < 5 mm

Microbiology level is higher than normally accepted for food stuffs.

Moisture – < 7,5 %

Fat – < 3 - 6 %

Crude fibre - < 15 %

We would like to achieve the following quality level by the additional milling and treatment of the product:

Dispersion – 16 micron – 92 %

-20 micron – 98 %

Dispersion limits – 10-20 micron +/-2 %

Crude fibre – 5 %

Microbiology level – normally accepted for food stuffs

While additional processing the temperature should be < 63C and freezing is possible.

We would be obliged if you could advise us what kind of the equipment is ideal for this kind of the product treatment.

(Jet mill/windmill, desintegrator mill or other)
