There is few way how to solve this problem, but is important to know the position in pipe line. Method of operation

1) more reasistant and wery expensive valve

2) chang the situation before valve (In the closed position, the valve can protect the transported material) This method will increase the life of several-fold. And finally you find that you do not have to use either ball valves, but common seal knife.
