Biography:
Mike Griffiths is a wear resistance engineer specialising in the solution of extreme abrasion and corrosion problems using advanced ceramic technologies and materials.
Before his involvement with abrasion and corrosion problems, Mike was a self employed consulting engineer, from 1974 to 1981, working on the design, development and manufacture of high speed production lines for the plastics, rubber and automotive industries.
Know-how and experience:
Since 1981 Mike has been involved with the design, development and management of abrasion and corrosion resistant advanced ceramic technologies and their associated manufacturing facilities.
Mike established Omegaslate in 1983 as a manufacturer of abrasion resistant technical ceramics and he is managing director and owner of Omegaslate (UK) Limited, Omegaslate SuperSeal Systems Limited and Omegaslate Ceramic Technologies.
The Omegaslate companies specialize solely in advanced ceramics solutions to extreme wear and corrosion problems for national and international organisations involved in the bulk handling and processing of abrasive minerals, plastics and metals in ambient and high temperature environments.
