A straight belt conveyor is to be designed to convey crushed bauxite over a distance of 3.4 km. An initial

static design is required to estimate the economic viability of the project. Data supplied for the initial

design is as follows:

The throughput of the system is to be 2250 t/hr.

The bulk density of the crushed bauxite is 1250 kg/m3 and the conveyor surcharge angle is 15o.

How I can Selection of belt width, type and rating

I design B=1200mm V=6 k/s

but I don't lnow if that true on not any I don't choose 3-Idler System

Why not 3-roll idlers? You are asking for advice and then giving it. Seems a contradition.

After making a review of the design, I suggest you get advice and do not try to do it on the cheap.
