The idler name ' Enduride' mention by you seems to be typical brand name for marketing. Please describe in few sentences its features or speciality for enabling to respond your query.

I have found their website but I do not know much about them. I was wondering if anyone has any experience with them.

http://www.enduride.net/homeanglais.htm

They state the following and it sounds interesting .

"The Enduride system has two unique features. First, it completely isolates the bearing system from any external contact, second it provides additional protection against vibration, a frequent source of conveyor breakdown. System components are factory-sealed with polyurethane injected under controlled pressure, creating an additional protective barrier and a highly effective vibration damper. The Enduride roll's exclusive encasement protection system creates a barrier between the bearing system and external environment."

Enduride Conveyor Rollers

Posted on 30. Dec. 2003 - 06:16

Dear Sir,

I would like to clarify some things avout the Enduride conveyor rollers.

Enduride is not a marketing name but the name of our company as well as the tradename for our rollers.

Enduride rollers are not PVC rollers (although they can be made in PVC if required by the application and by the customer), and this is certainly not what caracterizes our rollers.

The main caracteristic about our rollers is their patented EPS (Encasement Protection System) that provides top protection for the bearings like nothing else on the market.

Enduride rollers are also different and better then any other rollers because of their unique design, which allows us to make them "custom made" to resolve most of the conveyor problems.

We are not afraid to ask a client what is his problem(s) with his conveyor (contamination? corrosion? build up? vibration? noise? etc). This is why we called them The Enduride Solution.

I invite you to visit our web site www.enduride.net to find out more about Enduride.

Best regards,

Natasha Deshaies eng.
