Is anyone experienced with reclaiming dredged Oyster Shells? I am working on a project to stockpile and reclaim Oyster Shells. I am stockpiling over a reclaim tunnel and I was planning on using a vibrating feeder to reclaim 200 to 300 TPH. However I am concerned with bridging over the feeder opening. It was then suggested to me that a long clam gate (6’) may be a better option. I have never worked with this material before and don’t know what flow characteristics to plan for. I would appreciate any help you can give. ■
