At this capacity I would be thinking of a conventional belt conveyor at shallow angle feeding a Flexowell with short base, vertical lift and short section after the top bend.
Flexowell belting is expensive compared with conventional belting so keep it short. ■

Good day gents.
Ive got a small problem with conveying the following material. Footprint does not allow for conventional conveyors. Ive got flexowell and Dos Santos in mind.
Bulk density of 1.6 - 1.8
Particle size -120mm
No water content.
Horizontal length of 22m and elevation of 20m.
What would be the best way for this application
Thanks.

A continuos bucket elevator with a simple dump chute would be an option if a system larger than your actual need is purchased- meaning larger in KW ■
