1.THE DISCHARGE EQUIPMENT MAST BE A LIFE BOTTOM WHICH DISCHARGE UNIFORMLY OVER THE OUTLET ARIA.
2.DISCHARGE EQUIPMENT HAS TO BE OVERSIZE IN ORDER TO ACHIEVE IDEAL FLOW OR MASS FLOW.
3.DISCHARGE DEVICE HAS TO REDUCE THE FLOW TO REQUIRED VALUE.
SUCH DISCHARGE DEVICE WHICH FULFILL ALL REQUIREMENTS IS “SILETTA”.

Silo Unloading
I am looking for a mechanical device to feed out material from silos with
size 100m3 to 1000 m3.
The material is spent calciumhydroxide used in house hold waste
incineration fluegas cleaning and fly ash from the incineration.
Typical composition
% b w
-15 % b w CaSO3*0, 5H2O
4-5 % b w CaSO4*2H2O
-35 % b w CaCO3
-25 % b w CaCL2
-50 % b w Fly ash
Each component can be in any walue up to indicated maximum
Fluidizing equipment is not possible due to air moisture will liquidise the
CaCL2 .
The capacity is set to 80 m3/h.
The particle size is 0,005-- 0,01 mm , can form agglormerate depending of
chemical composition.
Bulk dencity 500-700 kg/m3 , compressed , maximum 1300 kg/m3
I would be most grateful for any answer preferably with reference list of
similar aplication.
