Stepless adjustable amplitude - new invention

Posted in: , on 14. Jun. 2007 - 01:45

We are an engineering company working with vibration. I´ve made an invention - the Variator which could be of some kind of interest in this forum. The Variator is based on a relatively simple , patended principle. It allows you to adjust the stroke/amplitude of the connecting rod stepless while the unit is running. Setting of amplitude is totally independent of the frequency !

The Variator is untill now available in 3 different sizes:

Type A1:

Amplitude stepless adjustable : 0 - 8 mm (peak to peak)

Frequency adjustable : 0 - 100 HZ

Maximum load on connecting rod: 15 kN

Type B1:

0 - 15 mm

0 - 50 HZ

50 kN

Type C1:

0 - 25 mm

0 - 45 HZ

80 kN

Lubrication is oil.

Please contact me if you want more info.

Maybe a few key points (function, features etc) may assist forum members confirming if they could be interested, prior to contacting yourself, may be prudent, to prevent superfluous enquires.

Application Question.

How would you invision this proprietary device being actually applied to these vibrating machines we speak of in this forum please?
