It All Depends....
This is a really tall order. 
Surely you have some maintenance programme outlined in the machines' O&M manuals. 
If machine builds precede the time when such information became obligatory then they are probably to old to worry about. Yours are new and so all the documentation you need will have been provided as engineering deliverables (hate that wording)

Maintenance Cost
Since the project is still in the bidding process, we do not have any O&M manuals to refer to. I was hoping someone might have some historical data that could help us do some long range budget forecasting for major replacement parts. ■

BWR & Stacker Maintenance Costs
I am trying to establish the maintenance costs for a new 8000 TPH bucket wheel reclaimer and 6000 TPH slewing stacker. I need to project major costs over the life of the equipment and I need to know what that life is. ■
