I would like to ask you to help me if you can.

I am working for a tap producing company. We produce all kinds of taps for example M, MF, UNC, UNF, G, W etc.

We have a problem of measuring the cutting angle on the taps. We have got some old mechanic measuring equipment for cutting the rake angle but the are not really reliable because they use a hard metal needle (because it touches the tool lip) and if it wears down the measured angle won't be correct.

Could you offer me a simple and cheap measuring equipment for measuring the cutting angle in the case of taps? ■
