Wet mica powder
We are looking for producing wet ground mica powder (45 micron.)The final particle should retain the platelet /flaky structure.
We learnt that some manufacturers use " Frictional delamination in lined mills" ..which is not clear to me.
Can some expert/manufacturer suggest/recommend a suitable grinder to grind mica flakes - of 20-60 mesh into 325 mesh in water medium-on the above lines?
Would even consider a full plant proposal.
The out put: 200 mt per month -- 200 hours operation per month.
