Look at a Spokane Crusher-centrifugal crusher

for your project they can be trailer mounted

with a diesel power plant for crusher drive

and it is completely self contained with

oversize recrushing to thirty mesh.

google (spokane crusher)

The fineness of 30 mesh is approximately equal to 97 % < 600 micron. Provided that the limestone has a content of less than 0.5 % free Silica. An impact mill can be easily used.

Control Screening

Posted on 22. Aug. 2006 - 05:26

Dear Sir,

You'll probably would like to control screen your product.

Recently we have been running control screening with lime over 500 micron (35 mesh) with capacity of 25 TPH, using a 1.7 square meter of screening area.

It is efficient and effective.

Vsi Impact Crusher Will Do Job Nicely

Posted on 19. Jan. 2008 - 09:03

limestone is a beautiful product to be produced in a VSI (vertical shaft impactor)

COST per ton is not highly abrasive....will be around .2 cents per ton.........extemely low cost per ton. Limestone impacts and breaks easily, can do up to 600-800 STPH depending on the crusher model picked.

I have sold about 15 of these type of crushers in limestone and sand and gravel and well proven technology.

You are going to yield a nice CUBICAL, ANGULAR product. Pluses...low mtce crusher, easily to use, maintain, operate and change impellers vs other types of devices.

NEGATIVES: can create too many fines.....an UNDESIRABLE thing

THIS is a rock on steel VSI) if abrasions is a factor use a ROR rock on rock VSI instead.

................

a high speed cone CRUSHER IS another excellent choice for this job......and will control the bottom end or excessive fines creation much better than a VSI typically.

...................

The choice then becomes.......the capital cost of the two modes of crushing.....a HI SPEED CONE.......will be generally about twice the capital cost of a VSI....to do the same job.
