Sifter is better than deduster for removing fine or streamer?

We are using dilute phase to conveying PE or PP pellet. Our supplier suggested us to use sifter to remove streamer or fine powder generated from pipes in stead of deduster for the following reason:

1. sifter is much simpler and cheaper

2. Sifter is easier to clean

3. Efficiancy is better especially for fine powder

So who can tell me what is different between the 2 devices and which one is suiltable?

Many thanks

So why so many companies supply deduster?

The choice of which debris removal technique to use is based greatly on whether you are experiencing more fines or more streamers and angel hairs.

Some of the products offered on the market work better on one problem and not as well on the other.

Debris removal equipment is a means of removing the unwanted results of a conveying system which may be able to be optimized to reduce the formation of the debris.
