Please use low velocity dense phase conveying for these materials. Most of the well-known vendors have the capability to design and supply suitable systems for them. I favor systems with primary air, and secondary air injected via line boosters.

These materials are conveyed in low velocity dense phase mode to prevent particle damage. Several well-known vendors have this technology to design and supply such a conveying system, but you can also get a suitable design from an engineering consultant and then buy the equipment from a reputable vendor. I prefer a system that supplies conveying air both from the front as well as along the conveying line (primary and secondary air with line boosters).
