Dear ppquintal,

Fuller-Kinyon™ pump tables are not available on he internet.

The manufacturer seems to be reluctant in publishing the data sheets.

Probably understanding, as these feeder screws are mainly made for the intended application.

The main parameters that are involved, are the screw pitch(es), and the rpm.

The pitch ratio (rate of material compression) can be adapted for the material to be transported.

Therefore, you need to know all this information, before anything can be determined.

(Alternatively, you measure it yourself)

Read the nameplate and ask the manufacturer by the serial number what the performance data are.

Also the allowable pneumatic conveying pressure is important to know.

Have a nice day

Publishing the capacity charts for anyone's screw pump, FLS, IBAU, Claudius Peters, etc would be detrimental because those who try to design their own systems could start sizing screw pumps as though they were like any other volumetric piece of equipment - which certainly is not the case.

There are many materials which work well in screw pumps and there are just as many which will not work in a screw pump.

If you have a specific application or question - post it - and you may very well get a reply from a forum member who does have that knowledge - or ask the original equipment supplier for assistance.
