Your idea is new but you are not the first who wants to work this way. For a seed processing plant we have received the order to make 80 square silos of 32 cbm. Dimensions 3 x 3 x 6 m. (l x w x h). The silos will be transported vertically by means of a heavy electric special forklift truck. Costs for this truck about € 100.000,- . The silos have "round" edges. One silo can hold the content of one 20' container.

Please take a look at the pneumatic tank containers provided by InBulk Technologies. These are available to lease or purchase.
The ISO-Veyor is an intermodal unit available in 20' or 30' dimensions and can be hermaticaly sealed at source until ready for use.
The ISO-Veyor discharges at a rate of 1 tonne per minute, all that is required is a 2 barg air supply.

Yes, our mfg plant in China manufactures bulk container liners for wheat flour. It requires a corrugated bulkhead with bars to brace the load.Our standard liner for wheat flour is two circular spouts on top right side of doorend panel, with a large bottom rectangular spout to discharge the product.

Bulk Container For Wheat Flour
Hello,
I'm an logistics in wheat flour manufacturing company. Usually we use FIBC to transport wheat flour in bulk. To reduce the logistics cost, our company want to use the bigger bulk container to carry our products. I want to ask if it is possible to carry wheat flour in bulk container with the capacity more than 20 MT, like cement, flyash and limestone.
