Four hundred tonnes per hour of a toxic powder requires more than one operator and the vendors will need much more information than given above. Could YOU lift a 50kg bag accurately and continuously within 4.5 seconds.
You need to prepare a proper enquiry which should include the MSDS, the delivery method, preferred bag disposal method etc. etc. In the developed world such a throughput enters the realms of vacuum sack placement and such a machine is likely to overshadow your poxy little slitter whatever operator protection you specify.
A frivolous question:how do you get a 280mm lump into a 200mm bag? Better tell a potential competent vendor everything. ■
