Good Morning,

I'm working for EcoPhos, a Belgian small company specialized in the phosphates technology.

I would like to have some information on a packing and filling installation.

Actually, we are installing a new plant DCP/MCP in Syria where such devices will be used.

Could you offer a global solution (design, manufacturing and execution) for a filling and packing installation?

Please find enclosed our basic proposal for the installation (with pictures from Decaphos, our Bulgarian company).

The filled small bags or big bags are loaded on a belt to a pallet. When the pallet is complete, it is cellophaned and then loaded on a forklift truck to the warehouse.

Please be informed that big bags are accepted in Syria.

We should have 5 m heigth (this a minimum) between ground floor and the bottom of the silo (end of conical part as you can see on the enclosed

pictures).

The minimal packing area is about 100 m2.

Waiting for your prompt reply.

Thanking you

Best Regards,

“Guide to Selection and Use of Intermediate Bulk Containers”

Your company’s engineers or technical staff may be interested in the latest publication from the British Materials Handling Board :

“Guide to Selection and Use of Intermediate Bulk Containers”

The use of IBCs in solids handling is growing fast because of its relatively low cost and ease of integration with manufacturing processes and supply chains. It offers the potential for reductions in capital and operating costs, higher quality products and traceability.

The book draws on experience from leading industrial users and suppliers of the units and the relevant governmental regulations applicable to the technology.

It is available from the BMHB by e-mailing tay4@btinternet.com and the cost is £20 plus P&P.

More information on the British Materials Handling Board is available from its web sites at www.bmhb.co.uk or www.britishmaterialshandlingboard.co.uk

Dear Jennifer,

I may sound a little silly here to ask this question, but from your post it was not very clear to me if you are going to sell or buy such a packaging and filling installation?

Best Regards,

Marcel
