What is the design life of the material?

If I am planning to lay half filled bags with sand 2 m under ground, how can the design life be affected ?

What is the tensile strength the fibers can resist? How long?

What can the effects can be on the fibers if they are in touch with a pipe (under ground) working at 40°C?

How long they can resist in these conditions? ■
