Powder Packaging

Pacific Robotics supplies robotic palletizers and depalletizers that handle bagged paowder among other packages. In one application, we depalletize carbon black for Eveready Battery. In another application, we palletized bags of dried milk.

Powder Handling & Packaging
We are really interested to get in touch with companies that can provide powder handling, and packaging equipment for fine activated carbon powders.
We are screening and packing a fine activated carbon powder. The particle size is in the range 200 µ - 10 µ with a mean particle diameter of around 110 µ.
At present most of the handling is done manually, and creates dust problems.
We would like to install some equipment, on the screening and packaging processes, which would effectively eliminate the dust emissions. In particular, we are interested in reverse jet dust filters, and powder packaging machines.
The screening and packing rates are about 250 kg/hr, and the packaging is in 125 kg sacks.
Can you suggest some companies that we can contact?
