(1)purpose specification:
when powder product in bulk is unloaded to the truck, ship or storage, dust dispersion often happens ,which causes problems such as working environment pollution, material losing, cleaning costs and maintenance costs. The product can solve these problems completely and connects the inhaler and dust collector and is able to prevent the dispersion effectively. The wearable inner ring cover structure is very good at separation the dust material from dust-collection airflow.
(2)structure features
The inside diameter of material entrance is 300MM with steel DIN flange and reducing tube which centralizes the inlet material stream.
Max discharging ability of HD-300T:250m3/h
The exit airflow rate:1200m3/h, mounted with the back air pipe with diameter of 150mm
Flex annular pipe: The outer annulus is made of hardened PVC with each section of 300mm long. The inner annulus is assembled with wearable steel taper annulus.
