The Nova Weigh Model NW600 Dynamic Check Weigher is a versatile and economic weighing solution, suitable for a variety of products, ranging from bagged vegetables and processed food packs, to chemicals, paint and coatings.
Due to its high accuracy, precise pack monitoring can be achieved, which not only minimises give-away, but also ensures investment costs are rapidly recouped.
Weighing up to 80 packs per minute, the NW600 can cope with pack sizes ranging from 2000g to 30kg, and its strong and robust construction makes it capable of withstanding the most rigorous industrial conditions.
Conveniently, customised models can be created, to accommodate existing conveyor systems and individual operational requirements. A variety of options are also available, enabling the NW600 to be linked up, via its data ports, to the customer’s factory data collection. Furthermore, depending on production requirements, the NW600 can be connected and fully integrated with other packaging line systems, such as metal detectors, barcode printers, and even feeder systems and robotics.
Two options of the NW600 are available: the Model 600R, which incorporates in-feed and out-feed conveyors, is designed for faster throughput and combines automatic out-of-tolerance rejection. Conversely, the Model 600BSA is designed for heavier pack sizes and lower belt speeds. Both versions are capable of delivering a trade stamped weighing system, with their legal-for-trade option.
