BAG EMPTYING MACHINE, TYPE DIMA-200
Working principle:
The bag is dumped on the tilting table parts through a wide door.
After actuating two push buttons simultaneously (safety reasons) or a photo cell detection, the inlet door closes automatically and the emptying cycle is started.
Following actions will take place:
- Fixing the bag.
- Cutting it in two fully separated parts.
- Lifting the two parts, so at the open ends the product will fall into the discharge section.
-Vibrating the bag parts for improving the emptying action and the degree of discharge.
-Dispatch of the empty bag, directly into the integrated waste bag compactor.
Almost all the actions take place by means of pneumatic actuators (with exception of the rotating knife) and are controlled by switches.
During the whole opening-cycle the machine is a fully closed unit, thus in combination with the
mounted dust control unit an environmentally friendly and hygienic operation is guaranteed.
The machine works fully automatic because all actions are controlled by a PLC. This enables one to change certain settings of timers and counters and thus give the unit a "customized" character.
For a good accessibility for cleaning, the machine is provided with several wide inspection doors. All the doors and hatches are provided with safety switches.
AIR-INJECTION SYSTEM
For fluidising the product while discharging, we will provide an air injection system. With this system, a
continuous air purge will be given through the fixing hooks, directly into the product in the bag.
The system includes extra pneumatic devices. Also software and wiring are modified.
Thus a higher discharge ratio will be achieved, especially for bad flowing products.
1 PCS. INFEED SYSTEM
(Horizontal infeed)
For automatic and exact positioning of the bags in the bag emptying machine this unit will be used. The system consists of an infeed belt, which moves into the machine. After this action two movements are started simultaneously, the belt direction in the machine and the frame direction out of the machine (with equal speed). This means that the bag will not move in absolute way and will be positioned
exactly as it was laid on this belt. The movement of the bag is controlled by means of a photocell sensor.
1 PCS. BRUSHING MACHINE (BAG CLEANING).
In this machine the bags are cleaned and brushed externally, while during this action the dust will be exhausted with a connected unit (dust exhaust as an option).
For the conveyor inside the machine a chain conveyor will be mounted (maintenance-free).
Because of the chain conveyor system in combination with the brushing rolls above and under the chain conveyor the passing bags will be thoroughly cleaned.
As well the inlet opening as the outlet opening of the machine will be provided with a strong synthetic lamella curtain (of polyurethane) to avoid dust emission.
